Weeping may last for the night, but a shout of joy comes in the morning.Psalm 30:5
After Thought
My dogs remind me of the promised shout of joy to come with each new day. They don’t fret over yesterday and don’t worry about tomorrow. They wake up excited and expectant, rejoicing in their being fed and being with us. They are sad when we must be away for work or errands, but position themselves so they can look out the window ready to rejoice at our return. Though they don’t understand why we need to be away it doesn’t diminish the excitement at our return. They don’t have to understand everything. They just trust and love.~ Pastor Bob Barnett
