After Thought
All too often we are our own worst enemy. God’s laws were not designed to rob us of happiness, but to protect us from the truly painful things in life. Unfortunately, like this cat, we have all gotten ourselves into situations where simple obedience to God’s wisdom would have prevented. The good news is that God never abandons us to our mistakes and is described in the scriptures as a very present help in a time of trouble. (Psalm 46:1)~ Pastor Bob Barnett
