An overseer cares for the sheep by staying alert while staying with the sheep. He is no threat to the sheep but is a definite threat to an enemy that would prey upon the flock. the Bible constantly warns us to remain vigilant and alert as we see the “day” drawing near.~ Pastor Bob Barnett
