There are times all of us have felt lost or abandoned. The eyes of this dog depict what so many feel in their heart, and yet God promises from Old Testament through the New Testament that He seeks and saves the lost.

We all are called by God to mentor others in a parental way to nurture and guide them in the Lord. This dog adopted the cat and her kittens and provided them with security and comfort.

The people had asked the Lord about the journey to gain His approval. Faith looks ahead to the Lord before it is focused upon what comes next. He will go before us and make the rough places smooth.
