David and Jonathan swore before the Lord to be a protection one to the other. They gave each other a sense of peace in the knowledge that treachery and betrayal would never come through them against the other.

Jesus wants to gather each one of us to Him like this sweet hen has provided protection to this puppy. We are all invited to join Him at the doorway of eternal life!

There are times all of us have felt lost or abandoned. The eyes of this dog depict what so many feel in their heart, and yet God promises from Old Testament through the New Testament that He seeks and saves the lost.
