Psalm 67:6

Psalm 67:6

The earth has produced its harvest; God, our God, blesses us.

Isaiah 66:13

Isaiah 66:13

As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you; And you will be comforted in Jerusalem.

After Thought

The Bible describes God as the God of all comfort in 2 Corinthians 1:3-5. He knows how to calm us when we are fearful and give us a sense of peace when troubled. William Shakespeare new this when he wrote, "Now, God be praised, that to believing souls gives light in darkness, comfort in despair."

Galatians 6:7

Don't be misled, you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant.

1 Corinthians 13:7-8

7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 8 Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away.

After Thought

The Apostle Paul was so right when he wrote that "love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things." Love never fails.
