Jesus told us that in this world we would have tribulation but that we could be of good cheer because He had overcome this world and all its tribulations. In other words, we have a victorious guide well acquainted with all the difficulties we might face.

After Thought

There are times all of us have felt lost or abandoned. The eyes of this dog depict what so many feel in their heart, and yet God promises from Old Testament through the New Testament that He seeks and saves the lost.

There are just some people called by God to bring blessing wherever they go. They know how to bring encouragement, healing, restoration, and peace into every depressed, wounded, broken, and confused environment. Ask God to anoint you to be that kind of person.

You were tired out by the length of your road, yet you did not say, 'It is hopeless.' You found renewed strength, therefore you did not faint

Many find the length of the road too long and want to give up. However, we are never without hope and God will renew our strength to sustain us in the journey.
