Isaiah 57:10

Isaiah 57:10

You were tired out by the length of your road, yet you did not say, 'It is hopeless.' You found renewed strength, therefore you did not faint

After Thought

Many find the length of the road too long and want to give up. However, we are never without hope and God will renew our strength to sustain us in the journey.

Revelation 4:6

Revelation 4:6

Also in front of the throne there was what looked like a sea of glass, clear as crystal.

After Thought

The sea of glass symbolizes purity before God. Where else would a faithful dog want to be? It is where we should want to be as well.

James 5:7

James 5:7

Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord's coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains.

After Thought

We are called to be patient but alert. A believer knows the season but not the specific time of His arrival.

2 Chronicles 15:7

2 Chronicles 15:7

But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.

After Thought

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. (Colossians 3:23)

Anything done to the glory of God always sets in motion a rendezvous with future blessing.
