He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.

Each letter dictated by Jesus to the seven churches ends with these same words. It reminds us that wisdom and truth can only have benefits to those people who will take time to listen.

Our animal companions truly teach us what it means to be with someone in spirit. Though we are absent from them, they long for our return. They wait to rejoice at our arrival.

It is easy with our fallen nature to worry about so many things because we sense our insufficiency. But God is sufficient, and He will meet our needs. As we do what we can He does what we cannot.

The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.

You can sense the wind and observe what the wind can do. In the same way we can sense the move of the Spirit and observe what He does.
